The Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation is in the process of developing a five-year strategic plan, and we are looking for feedback from our trusted and valued donors, partners, volunteers, friends, and community at large.

We are asking for your support in completing this survey, which will take no more than 10 minutes of your time.
